If for any reason you would like to exchange a item(s) this can be made 10 days (24 days for international customersfrom the date your parcel is delivered. 

Please note: if you are out when delivery is attempted we still class this as your delivery date and this would count as one day into your 10 day exchange period (24 days for international customers). 

To be eligible for an exchange your items(s) must be in it's original unused condition with no signs of damage or evidence of use. Re-pack the item(s) with the original labels and tags still attached, please include the exchange form (failure to do so may cause delays in processing your exchange)

When sending back to us please ensure you use a trusted delivery service with a tracking number & obtain your proof of postage, parcels lost in the post (without proof of postage) will not be eligible for a exchange.

Once we have received your item(s) they will be inspected on return. We will then contact you via email and you will be initiated a unique code to the value of the original item(s) you wish to exchange (please allow up to 14 working days).

Faulty items can only be exchanged if we are made aware 24 hours of receiving the item, this is on the basis the items where not damaged by the customer.
